I am going to try for pike on the Medway between Christmas and new year.
I thought of going to a spot called the shallows, near tonbridge with some deadbaits.

Any advice ?.

Bought this rod in the 8ft version the other day after Mark recommended it. It's small and light, great for catching small jacks on lures in the canal. Would highly recommend it to anyone else
